The files we receive must be ready to print without any additional work, the necessity of fonts, or linked files to print properly.
We accept only these 4 file formats: PDF * EPS * TIFF * JPG
You can generate one of these formats from practically any program.

You can generate one of these formats from practically any program.
*PDF files should be generated
using the current version of an Adobe product's "press quality" preset
with "high resolution" transparency flattening presets.
General graphic requirements:

CMYK or Grayscale separation (SWOP) - we suggest "North American Prepress 2" in Adobe application color settings.

1/8" bleeds

1/8" margins from text to trim

350 dpi CMYK or Grayscale raster images, and 1200 dpi 1-bit line-art
- Transparencies must be flattened
- Photoshop TIFF files need to be flattened
- Supported (rich) black percentages of 40, 40, 20, 100 CMYK for large black areas. Text and small black elements should remain unsupported.
Files must not require additional font files to process properly.All text in Illustrator, InDesign, Freehand, and CorelDraw must be converted to outlines, paths, or curves.Photoshop EPS files should include vector data.
Black text smaller than 24 pt should be straight black.Fonts in all PDF files must be either embedded (without subsetting), or converted to outlines.

Prices do not include any proofing or pre-flighting. We do not specifically
check for print worthiness, bleeds, correct margins, CMYK color mode,
resolution, or fonts. We will print the order exactly as it is received.
However, if we do contact you with a potential problem, you will have
the option of having the order print as-is, or re-submit new artwork for
$15-$30 per file to have it re-processed.
